General: These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and stays made with Sawai Hospitality and its affiliated properties. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Right of Admission: The hotel reserves the right of admission. Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in. The management may deny accommodation to any person deemed unsuitable or in violation of hotel policies.
Check-in and Check-out Time: Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Booking Confirmation: Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or full payment, as per the rate plan selected. Guests are advised to review their booking voucher for specific inclusions, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
Damage or Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
Force Majeure: The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or unforeseen events. Use of the swimming pool and the guest lounge
Amendments: Sawai Hospitality ® and the hotels associated across the brand reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Privacy Policy:
Information Collection: We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and payment information solely for the purpose of processing reservations and enhancing your stay experience.
Use of Information: Your information may be used to confirm bookings, provide hotel services, communicate offers, and ensure personalized experiences across Sawai Hospitality properties.
Data Protection: All reasonable measures are taken to safeguard your personal data. However, Sawai Hospitality shall not be liable for any unauthorized access beyond its control.
Disclosure: We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate your booking through authorized partners.
Policy Updates: Sawai Hospitality reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Privacy Policy without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Terms: Cancellations, amendments, and refunds are governed by the rate plan and terms mentioned in your booking voucher. Some bookings may be free, partially refundable, or non-refundable as specified at the time of reservation.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
Refund Processing: Where applicable, refunds (after deduction of cancellation charges, if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment.
Special Offers and Promotions: Reservations made under special offers or promotional rates are generally non-refundable and non-amendable unless otherwise stated.
Kids Policy:
Children Below 8 Years: Children below 8 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents or guardians.
Children 8 Years and Above: Children aged 8 years and above will be charged as adults.
Extra Bed and Amenities: Extra beds and amenities, if required, are chargeable and subject to availability.
